WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Our international shipping currently (outside of NZ) covers Australia, the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and the Pacific.
If you are outside of our current shipping zones and would like to purchase, send us an email at hello@clubcupid.co.nz so we can look into shipping rates for you.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Australia: $16NZD or free when you spend over $100NZD
Rest of the world: $10 - 25NZD (depending on how much you spend) or free if you spend over $160NZD
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For international orders with NZ Post please allow 5 - 20 working days. If it's been longer than this and you're worried it's stuck on a plane, please email us at hello@clubcupid.co.nz and we'll look into it.
We email tracking links out when the order is shipped, so please check your tracking and if the parcel is already in your country, contact your local postal authority or customs department as they will have the best information about when you'll receive it.

Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Club Cupid, to which we have no control over.

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly.
